An Engagement Survey allows us to get your input and to build a better Bounty together.
The survey measures employees' commitment, motivation, sense of purpose and passion for their work and for the organisation.
It allows us to get feedback from all 1500 of our employees and provide an overview of the most important areas for us to focus on, to improve the work environment for all employees.
The survey is anonymous and is run by an independent survey company called Pure Survey. This allows you to be 100% honest!
Look out for the launch poster with the new QR code or wait to receive the survey link coming to you via email, WhatsApp or SMS.
Complete the survey by Thursday 17th November and you will be entered into a lucky draw where you could win one of three Bounty Apparel vouchers to the value of R500 each!
You will have until Monday 21st November to complete the survey and please remember that all feedback is confidential and anonymous.
In the last 2 years, we have rolled out successful engagement surveys with a participation rate of 77% in both years and an increased engagement score of 74,4% in 2022.
Because so many of you were honest with your feedback, we were able to implement many amazing initiatives that have truly changed lives!
